Gallagher's ART Department is seeking a Video Production Manager to support global video project intake, coordinate postproduction resourcing, and ensure on-time, on-spec delivery of marketing and communications content. You will partner closely with the Associate Creative Director for Video and our Account Managers as well as a talented team of in-house Motion Designers, Editors, and Art Directors to shepherd video projects from request to activation. Primary video content types the team produces: social promotions and short-form campaign content; explainer videos and product/service overviews; talking-head executive communications and announcements; interviews and thought leadership pieces; and documentary-style brand stories and event recaps.



How you'll make an impact



In collaboration with Account Managers and the Video Project Manager, coordinate inbound video requests; validate priorities, deliverables, and initial project timelines. Conduct initial scoping (duration, format, languages/subtitles, deliverable count) and confirm stakeholders and approvers. Prioritize requests against capacity; flag conflicts and propose feasible solutions. Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend resourcing or process adjustments. Assist the ACD Video in all aspects of pre-production and post-production management When needed, facilitate contract work with outside production partners, ensure proper scoping, resources and timelines are communicated to partners and vendors. Ensure Editors and Motion Designers have required files, templates, and resources to complete projects, when needed work with Account Managers to get materials. Verify deliverables meet technical and brand requirements before larger internal creative review. (resolution, aspect ratio, runtime, graphics templates, file formats).



About you



5-8 years of experience in video production coordination/resource management within creative or marketing agencies or in-house creative teams. Strong command of project coordination and postproduction workflows (edit, graphics/motion, color, audio mix, finishing). Hands-on experience with: Workfront (intake, tasking, timelines, reporting). Frame.io (review setup, feedback management, file transfers). Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud environments (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder) to understand pipelines and handoffs; usage is coordination-focused, not editing-focused. Demonstrated success coordinating freelancers/contractors and aligning schedules to capacity. Exceptional communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills; comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects across global stakeholders. Ability to align working hours to CST; collaborate across multiple time zones. Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset. * Preferred: Experience in professional services or B2B marketing; strong proficiency in English
