What you'll be doing
We are looking for a creative and proactive individual who brings fresh ideas to every project. Digital Education is a fast-paced, innovative division, so success in this role requires a balance of disciplined, quality-focused execution and the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities. This is a key role in a growth-oriented division with significant scope and opportunity for the duties and responsibilities to grow and evolve as the team grows.
Your responsibilities will include:
Produce, film, and edit high-quality video content that enhances asynchronous and blended learning experiences.
Support development of storyboards, visual concepts, animations, motion graphics, and multimedia elements aligned with learning objectives.
Create supporting visual materials, including graphics, slides, subtitles, and interactive media.
Manage the end-to-end video production lifecycle across multiple content areas.
Coordinate logistics such as scheduling, equipment setup, recording sessions, and stakeholder alignment.
Support development and revision of scripts with SMEs and internal teams, when needed, to enhance how text and graphics appear on screen.
Apply Digital Education's production guidelines, templates, and metadata to ensure consistency and accessibility.
Perform technical and quality assurance reviews on all video and multimedia outputs.
Produce video-based learning activities, demonstrations, walkthroughs, and assessment-support materials that strengthen learner understanding.
Work with SMEs, presenters, internal teams, partners, and vendors to deliver content on time and within budget.
Build strong collaborative relationships to support smooth and efficient production.
Stay current with video technologies, editing tools, and emerging multimedia techniques.
Recommend improvements that enhance video and multimedia production quality and efficiency.
Troubleshoot video upload, playback, storage, or content-related issues and provide clear technical support to global partners and learners.
Contribute to Digital Education initiatives around process refinement, content innovation, and product scalability.
Assist with localization, global partnerships, and multimedia tasks, translating high-level requirements into effective visual outputs.
Participate actively in agile workflows, production meetings, and reviews, representing the Video Production function with clarity and professionalism.
Build and edit content using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Premiere Pro, After Effects),
What we're looking for
To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas:
Professional experience in video production, lighting, sound, multimedia development, and digital content creation.
Proficiency with video editing and production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Camtasia, Audition, or equivalent).
Strong video direction, ideation, and videography skills.
Excellent communication skills and confidence working with SMEs, presenters, and stakeholders from varied disciplines.
Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage overlapping projects, and maintain high quality.
Creative self-starter with initiative who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for education and technology.
