Job Description

Video & Content Specialist (Videographer / Static Graphics)

About Job

We are seeking a highly creative Video & Content Producer who is fluent in social media culture and understands how to craft content that performs across platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of short-form video trends and narrative pacing, as well as the ability to create polished static graphics that support campaigns, social media posts, and broader marketing initiatives.

You will collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager and the B2B/B2C Marketing Leads--along with other internal stakeholders--to deliver professional video and visual content for both consumer and business audiences. As we move toward launching our own studio in 2026, an interest in helping design, shape, and run this production space is also highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation

Capture high-quality footage including interviews, product demonstrations, events, behind-the-scenes sequences, and customer stories. Edit videos for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook with platform-appropriate pacing, hooks, and storytelling. Produce a range of video formats including reels, TikTok edits, explainers, training videos, campaign assets, and corporate content. Create static graphics and marketing visuals including thumbnails, social tiles, product visuals, storyboards, basic infographics, and supporting campaign assets. Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form video and static assets tailored to channel requirements. Operate confidently in a studio environment including lighting, sound, and equipment setup.

Creative and Strategic Collaboration

Work closely with the Social Media Manager and B2B/B2C Marketing Leads to align concepts, storyboards, graphics, and messaging with campaign priorities. Develop compelling narratives for both B2C and B2B audiences across video and static touchpoints. Identify emerging trends and formats--video and visual--to maintain a competitive and relevant brand presence. Coordinate with product, PR, sales, and leadership teams to capture and create content that supports broader marketing activity.

Production & Asset Management

Plan and manage video shoots including schedules, logistics, and onsite coordination. Maintain and organise video and lighting equipment to ensure consistent quality. Ensure all video and static content meets brand guidelines, tone of voice, and compliance requirements. Manage asset libraries, project files, and version control for efficient cross-team usage.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a videographer and editor within a social-first or digital-first environment. Strong portfolio demonstrating short-form social content and trend-aware editing. Ability to design static social graphics and campaign assets using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and associated creative tools. Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn video, and static content formats. Confidence in both studio-based filming and on-location content capture. Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation. Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Highly proactive, self-directed, and comfortable working independently or collaboratively. Confident in managing own workload, demonstrating initiative, and introducing creative ideas that enhance team output.

Preferred but Not Essential:

Experience with motion graphics or light animation. Experience producing product or technical content. Background in technology, networking, or B2B industries. Experience with simple infographic creation or layout design. The ability to ensure all content is consistent in terms of style, tone of voice and quality Can work with multiple stakeholders and manage project timelines, consistently meeting tight deadlines
