Videography Manager

to lead our talented in-house media team and oversee all aspects of video production -- from scheduling shoots to ensuring final edits meet our brand's high standards.

What You'll Do

Manage a team of videographers, including scheduling, planning, and workload allocation Oversee on-site and off-site recording days, ensuring smooth operations and professional delivery Provide support to both the videography team and clients during filming sessions Maintain high production standards across all video content, from ads to large-scale events Contribute directly to production -- filming, editing, and reviewing media Manage post-production workflows, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met Collaborate with our marketing and events teams to deliver content that aligns with campaign goals

About You

Experienced in video production, editing, and team management Highly organised with strong leadership and communication skills Proficient in

Adobe Premiere Pro

(experience in After Effects, Audition or Photoshop is a plus) Confident managing on-site recording sessions and client interactions Able to balance hands-on creative work with management responsibilities Detail-oriented, with a passion for storytelling and brand consistency
