Job Description

We're looking for a creative, hands-on videographer and editor to help us capture and share the day-to-day stories across a group of growing businesses.

This role is all about bringing real work to life -- filming on location, capturing people, processes, and progress, and turning that footage into engaging video content for social platforms and beyond.

You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager, who handles strategy and scheduling, while you focus on filming great footage and editing it into strong, usable content.

What you'll be doing

Filming on site across a range of real working environments Capturing behind-the-scenes moments, before & afters, and walkthroughs Editing footage into short-form videos for social media Creating multiple edits from a single shoot Helping build an organised library of reusable content
This role is for you if you...

Enjoy filming real people doing real work Are comfortable on sites, in workshops, or on location Have a good eye for detail and storytelling Can work independently and manage your own time Prefer authentic content over over-polished productions
Nice to have

Experience filming construction, property, or hands-on businesses Confidence filming people who aren't used to being on camera An interest in how things are built, fixed, or improve
