Job Description

Videographer & Content Creator

Circa 30,000+ (Pro Rata)
Part-Time: 3 Days per Week (to include Tues & Weds) | Includes Travel (predominately Midlands)

About Us

We're The Elite Group - a fast-growing, purpose-driven collective of businesses with a shared vision: to provide exceptional services. Our brands include market-leading names in nursery sales (Owen Froebel), dental practice brokerage, specialist finance, and recruitment (Dental Elite), alongside a growing group of day nurseries offering outstanding early years care (Little Nurseries).

Creativity, integrity, and ambition sit at the heart of everything we do. As we expand, so does our need for powerful storytelling - and that's where you come in.

This is your chance to join a collaborative team where your creative eye and editing skillset will shape the look, feel, and future of a vibrant, multi-brand organisation on the rise.

Role Overview

We're looking for a versatile videographer and content creator to join us three days per week in a hands-on, flexible role with scope for real impact. You'll be capturing our brands in action - from nurseries to boardrooms - and turning raw footage into compelling, polished, on-brand content that engages and inspires.

This role will involve travel to various sites across the UK albeit most of these will be Midlands based with occasional travel to trade shows outside of the Midlands and offers a mix of on-location shooting and remote editing.

You will report directly to the Group Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams to bring briefs to life with flair.

The role is advertised as three days a week but we will consider applications from candidates who would prefer a working pattern better suited to family life provided they can demonstrate flexibility where required to attend filming days which may require a longer day. Likewise we would consider applicants seeking a role with more hours during term-time and less hours during the School Holidays.
