About Us

Solar Maintenance Solutions is one of the UK's fastest-growing renewable energy companies, specialising in solar panels, battery storage, and EV charging systems.

We're expanding fast -- and we want our online presence to grow just as quickly. We're looking for a creative, hands-on Videographer / Content Creator to help us build a strong digital presence through TikTok, YouTube, and social media video marketing.

The Role

You'll be the creative lead behind our social video strategy -- capturing real installations, customer stories, and behind-the-scenes footage that makes people stop scrolling and pay attention.

Your job is to turn everyday solar work into engaging, educational, and viral-worthy content that showcases who we are and what we do.

What You'll Do

Film and edit high-quality, engaging videos for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms.

Create content that drives brand growth, builds trust, and generates leads.

Capture on-site installations, staff interviews, and customer testimonials.

Produce short-form and long-form video content that tells real stories -- not just sales pitches.

Work with the management team to plan content ideas and posting schedules.

Stay up to date with social media trends and tailor videos for maximum engagement.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in videography and editing (portfolio required).

Strong understanding of social media content -- especially TikTok and YouTube.

Skilled with video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve).

A natural storyteller who knows how to make technical topics engaging.

Confident filming on-site, sometimes with customers or engineers.

Passion for renewable energy or interest in sustainability is a big plus.
