SBK Marketing is a fast-growing, results-driven marketing agency specialising in the property and construction industry. Our videographers work on
live sites
, with real clients, capturing content that directly impacts trust, brand perception, and sales. This isn't staged corporate work -- it's real environments, real projects, and fast movement.
We're looking for someone confident, competent, and reliable. Someone who knows how to behave professionally on-site, communicate clearly, and organise footage properly. There is
huge opportunity
here for the right person -- we have more than enough shoot days available, and the only thing that limits progression is whether you show initiative and take ownership.
We need you to be based in the
London area
, as that's where the majority of our clients are. Also, having a
driving licence
and being able to drive is essential to be able to get to sites outside of those areas. All travel expenses and mileage will be paid for by the company.
What you'll do
A practical, real-world filming role focused on clean execution and strong organisation:
Filming on construction sites and client properties across the London area
Directing or instructing people on-site
when needed (professionally and confidently)
Capturing natural, high-quality footage
suitable for marketing, sales, and case studies
Organising footage properly
with clear, labelled content handovers
Preparing equipment and shoot plans
before arriving
Working efficiently in fast-moving, sometimes unpredictable environments
Editing is NOT included
, unless agreed separately as additional paid work
This is a
shooting + content management
role. Clean execution matters more than overproduced edits.
Who we want
We're very clear about the type of person who succeeds here:
Confident on construction sites
-- not intimidated by trades, noise, or fast-paced environments.
Strong communicator
-- able to direct people politely, clearly, and professionally.
-- sites change constantly; you adapt without losing momentum.
Experience filming OR photographing construction sites or properties is a major plus
-- not essential, but a very big advantage.
Able to take full responsibility for shoot days
-- run the shoot from start to finish without handholding.
If you can hold your own on-site and deliver consistently, you'll become a core asset quickly.
Just as a summary, importantly we'll need you to be able to handle:
We start everyone on a per-day basis while we find the right people.
But here's the key part:
If you show initiative, communicate well, and deliver consistently, we can transition you into a full-time, secure role extremely quickly.
We have more than enough shoots available -- it's simply about finding someone who proves they can handle them.
How to apply
We don't care about CVs. You can attach one if you want, but we are
not
interested in generic descriptions of where you've worked. Those tell us nothing.
However, if you have experience creating content on construction sites or within property, that's a huge plus. Please mention that to us in one of the following application methods.
We care about:
Your initiative
Your confidence
Your ability to think
Your ability to show up and deliver
To apply, do
one
of the following:
Call the company
-- shows confidence and communication ability.
Come into the office
-- shows commitment and that you genuinely want to be part of a team.
Send us something that shows initiative
-- This does notmean a full edit or big production of something you've done previously. We're not looking for perfection. We're looking for
initiative
.
