Full-Time Videographer & YouTube Content Creator

Hybrid - Studio (Manchester/Leeds) + Remote

18k - 22k (Depending on Experience)

Start Date: July 18th

We're a bold, fast-growing photography brand on a mission to transform lives through powerful storytelling. We're now looking for a full-time videographer and YouTube expert to bring our content to life and take our brand to the next level on YouTube.

This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes video, loves being creative, and knows how to build a channel from the ground up.

YOUR MAIN MISSION:

Plan, film, edit, and manage a high-impact YouTube channel that showcases:

Client transformations and behind-the-scenes stories Empowering interviews and studio experiences Long-form video content that builds trust, visibility, and bookings Trend-led Shorts that drive traffic and grow our channel fast
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create a full content calendar for YouTube (weekly uploads + Shorts) Film and edit high-quality long-form and short-form video content Develop video concepts and storyboards aligned with brand goals Manage YouTube uploads, titles, thumbnails, SEO and scheduling Track performance and grow channel subscribers and engagement Capture additional BTS footage for use on TikTok, Instagram and Reels Be comfortable behind and in front of the camera when needed
REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience growing or running a YouTube channel Strong editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut etc.) Confident filming and directing real-life content On-camera confidence (for voiceovers, intros, interviews, if needed) Creative, independent, and idea-driven Bonus: Experience in branding, photography or lifestyle/fashion content
