Full-Time Videographer, YouTube & Social Media Content Creator

Hybrid (Manchester/Leeds studio + remote)

Salary:

18,000 - 22,000 (DOE)

We're a bold, fast-growing photography brand transforming lives through storytelling. We're looking for a creative, self-driven

videographer and content lead

to manage all video and social media output across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and more.

This is a full-time role for someone who can

plan, shoot, edit, and grow

content that drives visibility, builds trust, and generates bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage a full YouTube content calendar (weekly uploads + Shorts) Film and edit high-quality long- and short-form video content Create and schedule content across TikTok, Reels, and Instagram Develop scripts, concepts and storyboards Optimise uploads (SEO, thumbnails, titles, scheduling) Track content performance and grow audience engagement Confident both

behind and in front of the camera

Requirements:

Proven experience running/growing a YouTube channel or social presence Skilled in editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.) Confident filming/directing real-life and studio content Strong understanding of trends, storytelling and branding Bonus: Background in fashion, photography or lifestyle content
