, CANAL+'s in-house studio, is one of Europe's leading film and series studios, with worldwide production and distribution capabilities. It operates directly in nine major European markets including Austria, Benelux, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Poland, Spain and the United Kingdom, as well as in Australia and New Zealand, and offices in the United States and China. STUDIOCANAL finances, produces, and distributes 80 films per year. It owns one of the most prestigious catalogues in the world and the largest catalogue of European titles, boasting more than 9 400 titles from 60 countries. With a catalogue spanning 100 years of film history, STUDIOCANAL has invested close to 25 million euros into the 4K restoration of nearly 1 000 classic feature films over the past 7 years.
STUDIOCANAL also produces over 15 series each year, including local creations and premium international co-productions, and distributes its scripted productions and CANAL+ Originals globally (2,000 hours of current and library content in distribution). Projects are produced in-house by STUDIOCANAL or through its worldwide network of production companies, including 2e Bureau, STUDIOCANAL Original, Flab, Kissman, Pernel and Upside in France; Birdie Pictures, Red Production Company, Urban Myth Films, Strong Film & Television, and Sunny March TV in the UK; Bambu Producciones and Te Espero en Marte in Spain; Lailaps Films and STUDIOCANAL Series in Germany; Opus TV in Poland; Sam Productions in Denmark; Dingie in Belgium; and The Picture Company in the United States.
Based in London, this role will support the UK and international HR teams in all areas of generalist HR, from the recruitment process, induction, training and events, diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI), reporting and ongoing HR projects.
Recruitment:
+ Participating in the entire VIE recruitment process: publising job advertisements, organising interviews and monitoring applications.
+ Make sure that fair tests and questions are set for each position.
VIE & International Exchange Programme:
+ Assist the Paris team in coordinating the VIE programme in various territories (London, Munich, Sydney etc.)
+ Working with the organisations in charge of the programme to ensure that processes run efficiently.
+ Monitor the logistical aspects of the Studiocanal exchange programme and support the talent selected.
Training & Development:
+ Managing the logistics of training sessions and promoting internal HR events. + Contribute to the actions of the Social Committee to align D&I initiatives with corporate events.
HR Projects & Administration:
+ Participate in DEI Commitee and DEI projects.
+ Participate in researching HR trends and drafting strategic reports.
+ Coordinate cross-country activities, including Share+, the HR Newsletter, monitoring HR projects and highlights of the year, such as the Performance Annual Review.
+ Providing administrative support for employees: checking references, contracts, monitoring probation periods, etc.
+ Keeping the 'right to work tracker' up to date and coordinating HR files.
+ Provide HR management support to the HR and HRM for the Olympia scope.

You have already had a first significant experience in the field of Human Resources (internship or apprenticeship);
You have already completed tasks in recruitment, HR and project management;
You are proactive, autonomous and able to suggest ideas;
You are known for your good communication skills and your enthusiasm;
You like films and cinema;
You are fluent in English;
You are graduated in Human Resources.
