Job Overview

Aberdeen Property Leasing (APL) is an established and successful residential property letting and management agency with an excellent reputation and high standards. We are seeking a motivated Viewing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Customer Service and will be responsible for providing excellent service to our clients.

Responsibilities

Prepare property keys daily in line with the scheduled appointments for that day. Determine if properties are 'fit for viewings' on arrival, reporting back any major issues to Lettings team. If determined as 'not fit for viewing' viewer is made aware its tenanted and condition is unknown. Carry out property viewings in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. Update Leasing Consultants on any important issues following viewings. Import all file notes, including viewing notes, onto Proman to ensure records are accurate and up to date. Ensure all marketing material is displayed effectively throughout property and grounds. Ensure vehicles are tidy and maintained and report any issues. Work closely with the Lettings Team to ensure APL offer outstanding customer service to our Clients and Tenants.

Pay: From 22,500.00 per year
