Job Description

We are a young business, only two years old and looking for someone to take over the viewings in Selly Oak and Central Birmingham whilst we focus on other areas and continue to grow the business.

We are looking for a Self Employed Viewing Agent to show potential tenants around our professionally housed HMO's and to close for the rental agreement.

You will receive 25 commission for each rental agreement, on top of your hourly rate.

You will also be required to complete property and room inspections, take photographs and submit your findings to the admin team.

At times you may also be required to dress the rooms with the items given and also undress prior to a tenancy taking place.

The ability to sell is essential along with a vibrant, positive and friendly attitude.

Full use of a car and a valid driving licence essential.

Must be self employed and able to send invoices for payment

Flexible time, viewings to be conducted sometime within the week and sometime over the weekend.

Approximately two to ten hours a week depending on demand.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: From 15.00 per hour
