We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Viewings & Inspections Co Ordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all processes and procedures meet quality standards through meticulous assessment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, while building on the reputation of Property Link as a leader in the industry, while supporting the company in striving for excellence.
Key responsibilities
1. Marketing and advertising of the Property Link Agency Property Portfolio
2. Attend viewings with clients
3. Property appraisals
4. Repairs and Refurbishments - Assistant to the Property Manager
5. Inventories
6. Inspections
Mid Tenancy Inspections
Communal Inspections
End of Tenancy Inspections
Any other inspection
7. Document inspection results accurately and prepare detailed reports for management review.
8. Key management & checking
9. Managing Emergency Phone
10. Property presentation and preparation (might require light cleaning and removal of rubbish, light repairs, gas and electric top ups when applicable)
11. Any other duties as required by the business relevant to the post, especially at busy times, for example, answering the phone, general admin duties
12. Promote Property Link service to new and potential landlords
A full clean driving licence is essential. Access to your own vehicle is is mandatory
