Location: Acton, London
Salary: \xc2\xa390 per day
Job type: Part Time, Permanent
Working Hours: This is a Saturday position with the hours of 9:30am to 4pm every week.
Aston Rowe is a well established market leading Sales and New Homes only estate agency with a great reputation. We are looking for a viewings assistant to help with our busy Saturdays. The areas we cover are Acton, Ealing, Chiswick, Shepherds Bush and Hammersmith.
About the Role:
Aston Rowe have an exciting opportunity for a Saturday Viewings Assistant to join their sales team based in Acton, West London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Briefing prospective buyers and on the property\xe2\x80\x99s key benefits
- Conducting viewings with prospective buyers
- Answering general enquires
- Providing excellent customer service
- Ensuring administrative records are kept up to date at all times
- Ensuring client feedback and high standards of care are adhered to at all times
- Ensuring all viewings are followed up and feedback provided to the landlord
Key Skills:
- Excellent time management
- Knowledge of West London
- Good communication skills
- Computer literate and well presented
- Full drivers\xe2\x80\x99 licence
- Own car
