Strawberry Fields is the newest village in the Rangeford portfolio and will provide an exciting and dynamic environment for our owners who will have access to a multitude of facilities including a restaurant, bar, spa and swimming pool.

Village Services Assistant.





The Village Services Assistant role has responsibility to support the Village Services Manager in delivering a friendly and efficient customer service experience to owners and visitors, whilst creating a welcoming atmosphere.

A key focus of the role will be to represent the Village Services Team ensuring owners queries, issues and bookings are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:



To undertake front of house duties, including meeting, greeting and attending to the needs of owners and members of the public - to ensure a superb customer service experience. To assist with owner booking and cancellation requests along with any ad hoc queries. To assist in dealing with customer complaints in an effective and courteous manner, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible or passing it on to a relevant manager. Undertake owner apartment inductions, ensuring owners are confident with all aspects of their new home.

Skills and Experience:



Undertake general office duties including emails, filing, answering telephone calls to ensure the smooth running of the reception area. To report any maintenance, breakage or cleanliness problems to the facilities team. Must have a good standard of spoken and written English Computer literacy, including Excel, Word and Outlook. Excellent Customer service skills Ability to work as part of a team Attention to detail Problem-solving Organised and thorough Encourage high standards throughout the team To assist in driving village vehicles and owners to various destinations. Full driving licence. Proof of right to work in the UK.

Hours:



Full Time hours, 37.5 per week to be worked on a shift pattern 5 days out of 7 including weekends, with occasional evenings. Flexibility is key.

Due to the nature of the environment the successful candidate will be required to undertake a basic DBS check - paid for by us.
