The Role: Golden Experience Supervisor

As a Golden Experience Supervisor, you'll lead and support our team of hosts, ensuring premium guests receive a seamless, magical, and unforgettable experience. You'll oversee the 4.5-hour immersive journey, acting as a mentor, coordinator, and problem-solver while maintaining the highest standard of guest care.

Key responsibilities include:

Golden Experience Hosts chaperone their assigned group of Golden Experience guests throughout the event, ensuring guests receive a professional, personalised, and memorable experience- your role is to ensure the team of hosts are supported and confident in delivering a premium service. Anticipating and resolving issues promptly to maintain smooth operations Maintaining a polished, calm, and proactive presence in a dynamic environment Upholding LaplandUK's health, safety, and performance standards

Location

Lapland is based at Capesthorne Hall, Congleton Road, Siddington, Macclesfield, SK11 9JY.

Customer-Facing Role Requirements

All costume or guest-facing staff must:

Remove piercings (no clear replacements) and jewellery (except wedding/engagement rings) Maintain natural hair color; long hair must be plaited Wear a natural makeup base; no false lashes, painted or artificial nails No visible tattoos, including wrists
