Job Description

We are looking for a Virtual Construction Industry Intern to join our Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) team for a 12-month internship in our London - Hammersmith office. This is a unique opportunity to work on international projects, gain hands-on experience, and explore the latest cutting-edge 3D design, simulation and construction technologies.

Responsibilities

During this Internship project you will have the opportunity to:

Develop prototypes of multidisciplinary building design components in CATIA, embedding fabrication and construction processes into reusable, generative assemblies Work within a Virtual Construction Twin (VCT) environment to help anticipate and resolve on-site challenges through virtual simulation and modeling Use ENOVIA web apps and DELMIA simulation tools to present embedded logic in clear, interactive ways to a variety of project partners Evaluate methods for assembling building models for construction, procurement, costing and KPIs

Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with advanced Excel skills Experience with 3D Modeling, drawing production and parametric design (graphical programming is a plus) Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills in English Proven skills in systems thinking and logical problem-solving, with the capacity to recognize and analyze relationships between various elements Currently studying for or having a degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Mechanical/Structural Engineering, or related field is an advantage Strong organizational skills, combined with teamwork spirit and an innovative mindset Simulation and analysis experience is a strong plus
