Responsibilities

Provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and safety. Follow care plans accurately to meet individual needs. Assist with daily activities such as mobility, medication reminders, and personal hygiene. Maintain clear communication with clients and their families. Document care provided and report any concerns to supervisors. Drive between client locations safely and efficiently. Promote independence and dignity for all clients. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications

Valid driving license and ability to drive between client locations. Excellent communication skills in English. Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to help others. Basic IT skills for documentation purposes. Previous experience in home care or similar environment is preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
