Visiting Estate Manager (25 hours per week)

ELM Group is a leading residential estate management company, who manage this attractive residential retirement development in Tewkesbury comprising 63 units. We are looking for a professional, enthusiastic, and responsive Property Manager to take on the running of this development, fully supported by an Area Manager and a comprehensive office team.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-2:00pm, 25 hours per week



(Working pattern negotiable)



Salary: 18,005 per annum (FTE 25,207)



The role of Estate manager is subject to a DBS check.

Requirements:



1 years' property management experience Excellent time-management skills Adaptable with a willingness to learn A positive, welcoming attitude and good communication skills You care about people and take a genuine interest in making a difference to their everyday lives Proficiency in basic IT skills is required, with basic 'handyman' skills and an interest in gardening This role will suit someone who has had previous experience in building or property maintenance; you will be able to work in a proactive manner and find solutions

Responsibilities:



Manage the day to day running of the estate Managing regular building maintenance and supervision of contractors Monitoring health and safety compliance and ensuring the buildings and grounds maintain their high standard this role is essential to providing an enviable place to live Professional, friendly and hands on approach to the management of your development You will be customer focused and possess excellent communication skills
