Marlborough College is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Visiting Sports Coach (Cricket) to join our thriving Sports Department. This is an excellent opportunity to coach motivated pupils in one of the UK's leading co-educational boarding schools, working within outstanding facilities and a supportive professional environment.

The Role




As a Cricket Coach, you will:

Deliver high-quality coaching sessions for pupils of varying ages and abilities Develop technical skills, tactical awareness and a strong sense of sportsmanship Adapt coaching methods to suit individual and group needs Foster a positive, inclusive and encouraging atmosphere Provide constructive feedback to help pupils reach their potential Maintain accurate attendance and performance records

About You




We are looking for someone who brings:

Strong cricket coaching experience or a background in competitive play A solid understanding of cricket skills, rules and strategy Excellent communication and the ability to motivate young athletes A supportive, adaptable and professional approach A commitment to promoting teamwork, discipline and player development

Experience coaching in a school or regulated environment is desirable, but not essential.
