As a key member of our Visitor Experience team, you'll play a vital role in creating a warm and memorable experience for everyone who visits Bristol Zoo. This is a front-facing, dynamic role that combines customer service, administration, and communication across multiple channels.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Being a welcoming and enthusiastic first point of contact for all visitors and members, delivering exceptional service at every opportunity.
Supporting day-to-day reception operations and completing a range of administrative tasks for both the team and the wider organisation.
Managing school group bookings, and promoting and processing memberships, experiences, and event sales.
Accurately handling and maintaining direct debit payments, membership records, and other visitor-related transactions.
Operating our busy switchboard and handling enquiries via phone, email, and social media in a professional and timely manner.
Juggling a varied workload--working both independently and collaboratively to meet team objectives and deliver a high-quality visitor experience.

The role will help to realise our vision of saving wildlife together, and you will be involved in supporting our transformation programme - driving visitor numbers at Bristol Zoo Project and excitement as plans for the new Zoo progress.
