Riverside Studios is a vibrant arts and entertainment venue on the River Thames, home to cinema, theatre, live events, TV productions, and a busy public bar and cafe. We're looking for

Visitor Experience Assistants (VEAs)

to join our front-of-house team and help deliver a warm, professional experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

The Role

As a Visitor Experience Assistant, you'll be the face of Riverside Studios. Your role is to ensure visitors feel welcomed, informed, and well looked after across all areas of the building.

Key responsibilities include:

Welcoming and assisting visitors, audiences, and members Ushering for cinema screenings, theatre shows, and live events Supporting audience management and queueing during busy periods Assisting at reception, box office support, and general front-of-house duties Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation Responding calmly and professionally to customer queries or issues Working closely with supervisors and wider teams to ensure smooth operations
About You

We're looking for people who are:

Friendly, approachable, and confident with the public Reliable, punctual, and professional Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Flexible with availability, including evenings and weekends Team-focused, with a positive attitude and good attention to detail
Previous customer service or hospitality experience is helpful but not essential. Full training will be provided.
