The Visitor Experience Crew Co-ordinator plays a key role within the Visitor Attraction at Titanic Belfast. Reporting to the Operations Visitor Experience Manager and working closely with the wider Visitor Experience Team, the Visitor Experience Co-ordinator will support the smooth and efficient running of daily operations through effective administrative coordination.
Core responsibilities include compiling monthly rotas, managing and adjusting daily rotations, processing weekly and monthly payroll, completing return-to-work documentation, tracking holidays and absences, and handling other administrative duties as required.
As this role is central to ensuring the daily efficiency of the Visitor Experience team, shift times will begin one hour prior to gallery opening--particularly during peak season.
