Job Description

As a Visitor Experience Supervisor, you'll lead a team of Visitor Experience Assistants to deliver a warm, safe, and high-quality food and beverage service to guests at Eden Court. Whether they're attending performances, films, classes, events, or meetings, you'll ensure every visitor feels welcome, supported, and well-informed.

You'll play a central role in creating a positive and memorable front of house environment, helping to deliver exceptional guest service that reflects Eden Court's values and standards.

Up to 6% Company contribution with the Peoples Pension

HOLIDAYS

Full time equivalent allowance of 36 days of paid annual leave, inclusive of 8 public holidays. The annual leave allowance increases to 37 days after completing 1 years' service up to a maximum of 41 days after 5 years' service. Holiday entitlement will be pro-rated for those working less than 37.5 hours per week.
