Job Description

The Byre Theatre is looking for a part time Visitor Services Assistant to join its busy and professional team.



Part of the University of St Andrews and based in the heart of the town, the Byre is a vibrant venue presenting a dynamic mix of professional, amateur and student-led work across theatre, dance, musicals, music, opera, festivals, film screenings and special events.



The Visitor Services Assistant is a customer facing role working as part of a highly skilled team to deliver an exceptionally busy programme of performances and events.



The successful candidate will assist in the running of a first-class ticket sales system and offer a welcoming, efficient box office and reception service. Front of House and Kiosk/Bar sales duties make up part of this role. The role also supports the promotion of and attendance at Byre Theatre events.
