VISUAL DESIGNER
Publishing and Production
- 300 pd
- Inside IR35
- 3 days on-site (Z1 London)
- 3 month rolling contract
- Publishing and Production exp
Key Requirements:
- Strong command of Visual/UI/Digital and comms design principles with particular focus on typography and layout
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop for cover art adaptation and enhancement
- Proven ability to create and maintain cohesive visual systems across multiple formats
- Experience with retouching, compositing, and colour correction
- Clear communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work independently to troubleshoot technical and process-related issues
- Generates bold creative solutions quickly, thinking laterally whether working independently or collaboratively
- Is motivated and driven, and collaborates well with other creatives, creative producers and cross-functional teams
- Thrives in a global creative environment, collaborating with talented teams
- Demonstrates high-level taste and sensitivity to visual design trends
- Brings both design excellence and an appreciation for literary culture to their work
