We are looking for a

Visual in Store

for our

MAX&Co. Flagship Store

in

London

.


This role is key to elevating the overall customer experience by ensuring high-impact visual displays that reflect Brand identity, product storytelling, and company standards.


The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with a deep understanding of visual merchandising principles and the ability to translate brand guidelines into inspiring in-store executions.

Key Responsibilities



Executing all visual merchandising activities within the timelines defined by the

Visual Merchandising Manager.

Constantly monitoring product performance to evaluate the impact of visual

strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.

Providing structured and regular feedback to the Visual Merchandising Manager on

store needs, product presentation, customer flow, and visual priorities.

Collaborating with the management team to plan and execute visual events,

window changes, and new product launches.

Ensuring a high standard of organization, tidiness, and presentation across all

visual areas to enhance the overall store atmosphere.

Maintaining full alignment with Brand guidelines and ensuring consistency across all

visual touchpoints.

Coordinating with stockroom and sales teams to ensure timely availability of

products required for visual changes.

Qualifications

Requirements



Previous experience in visual merchandising, ideally within the fashion or luxury retail industry. Strong understanding of visual principles, product storytelling, and brand identity. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with managers and store teams. Creative mindset with an exceptional eye for aesthetics, colour balance, product placement, and detail. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. Excellent spoken and English; knowledge of an additional language is a plus. Versatility, flexibility, and strong team spirit.
