Job Description

As the Visual & Marketing Administrator you will assist with European Franchise and Company visual and marketing requirements, being responsible for the administrative support of the visual and marketing department to support our retail objectives.

This role involves managing artwork uploads and downloads, supporting new store openings, and handling art requests through the approval process. You'll maintain European visual and marketing calendars, coordinate surveys, draft memos, respond to queries, and assist with presentations for meetings and campaigns.


You will also keep accurate expense logs, ensure smooth data uploads, and coordinate translations across European markets. Additionally, you'll help review creative concepts to ensure they align with brand guidelines and market needs, helping to keep projects on track and well-managed.

This role is office based in our St Albans Head Office.



What we're looking for:



Experience in an administrative or office background would be an advantage. Excellent oral and written communication skills, Friendly and approachable with a can-do attitude Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships among all cross-functional groups Must display a high degree of professionalism, tact and diplomacy Must possess strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritise multiple projects Flexibility to frequent changes and ability to react quickly Self-starter with high level of initiative and a strong sense of ownership and urgency Proficient in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience using Canva desirable
