About the Role:

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to combine creative visual merchandising with buying and sales. As our

Visual Merchandiser & Home Decor Buyer

, you'll be responsible for bringing our showroom to life through beautifully styled room sets, seasonal window displays and thoughtfully curated home accessories.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement inspiring in-store room settings and visual displays. Plan and execute seasonal window schemes for Spring, Summer, Autumn and Christmas. Source and purchase home decor accessories from existing and new suppliers. Attend trade shows, negotiate pricing, and select new product ranges. Support the sales team on the shop floor and earn commission on personal sales. Use our internal systems to create stock labels and assist with stock takes.

What We're Looking For:

A creative eye with a flair for design and styling. Strong organisational and communication skills. Confidence negotiating with suppliers and working to budgets. A team player who enjoys interacting with customers. Previous experience in retail, visual merchandising, or buying is an advantage.

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
