The Role

Primary focus:

Waiter

- delivering exceptional service, wine knowledge, flair, and great chat. Also:

Table Hosting

- looking after tables with warmth, rhythm, and presence when needed. Flexibility is key.

Who You Are

You've got personality, presence, and that rare ability to make every guest feel seen and special. You feel deeply passionate about South African culture, wine, food, or hospitality. Comfortable in fast-paced environments -- you thrive under pressure and know how to bring the vibe. You don't "serve." You host, entertain, engage, and elevate*.
