The Role
- Primary focus: Waiter - delivering exceptional service, wine knowledge, flair, and great chat.
- Also: Table Hosting - looking after tables with warmth, rhythm, and presence when needed.
- Flexibility is key.
- You've got personality, presence, and that rare ability to make every guest feel seen and special.
- You feel deeply passionate about South African culture, wine, food, or hospitality.
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments -- you thrive under pressure and know how to bring the vibe.
- You don't "serve." You host, entertain, engage, and elevate.
