Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality one-to-one vocal coaching sessions
Teach students of varying ages and abilities
Maintain the studio's high teaching standards and positive learning environment
Track student progress and provide constructive feedback
Represent Encore Vocal Studio professionally in the absence of the Owner/Head Vocal Coach
Essential Requirements
Significant experience as a Vocal Coach
(this role is not suitable for newly qualified coaches)
Strong knowledge of vocal technique and vocal health
Ability to confidently manage an established student base
Professional, reliable, and enthusiastic teaching approach
Availability for all listed days and hours
A well-established, supportive vocal studio
Consistent weekly hours
Opportunity to continue with the studio after December 2026
