About the Role
Reporting into the Business Infrastructure Manager, the successful
Voice & Data Networks Analyst
will be ensuring the delivery of consistent, appropriate, secure, cost-effective, compliant and high-quality voice and data services to Tarmac.
Please note this is a part-time position working 15 hours a week working on the Monday & Tuesday
What you'll be doing
In this role, you as the successful
Voice & Data Networks Analyst
will be carrying out the following duties and responsibilities (not exhaustive)
Working as a Subject Matter Expert (with Voice & Dataknowledge) on business projects in line with business strategy
Grasping user requirements and solution options
Building solutions that comply right first time by design
Providing second-line support to IT users in line with agreed SLAs
Investigating incidents and identifying and mobilising resources required to aid resolution
Acting as a Subject Matter Expert in the Change Management process
Supporting the incident root cause analysis process and continuous process improvement
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is:
Educated to degree standard or able to demonstrate appropriate significant and relevant experience in a similar role
IT technical knowledge/experience of one or more of the following core disciplines: e.g. Cisco, Meraki, Avaya, MPLS, SD-WAN, SIP
