Vacancy Details

This is an exciting role for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to join our growing property team. The Society of St James (SSJ) house and support over 2500 people, with a growing property portfolio across Hampshire.

Working within the busy Property Department Team you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the delivery of:

Stock Condition Surveys Voids, Day to Day Repairs & Maintenance, and Minor Planned Works (where necessary) Co-ordinating and managing internal and external contractors Budget Management and ensuring value for money Property defect resolution including diagnosis, drawing up scope of works and specifications Damp remedial works
Ideal Candidate

If you are passionate about making a difference to people's lives and have a suitable qualification/experience of Property Maintenance in the Social Housing Sector and a clean driving licence with own vehicle, this could be the ideal role for you.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team, with a technical building approach and can-do attitude required for this role.

Pay: 36,934.00-39,804.00 per year
