As an Support Engineer, you\'ll be pivotal in their cutting-edge \'One Network\' project. Your role will be to steer the migration of their valued Business customers towards a VoIP solution, addressing the customer\'s unique needs with precision and care.

Requirements:

• Strong technical acumen and a solid understanding of Unified Communications (UC) and Hosted Voice Services.
• Proven experience in a technical support/service environment, showcasing exceptional customer service skills within a dynamic setting.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling confident face-to-face interactions with customers and compelling presentations to larger audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, and adept at prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Visio; familiarity with Salesforce, APS, and Customer Care systems is advantageous.
• Possession of a valid UK driving license is essential.
