You will be part of the SOS+ Education - VEX team delivering early intervention and educational projects across London and the South East. Within this, you will coordinate project bookings, manage communication with schools and partners, and support the delivery of the SOS+ Service through high-quality administrative, data, and logistical support. This role contributes to St Giles Trust's mission to empower people to overcome injustices and prevent young people from becoming involved in violence and exploitation.
(1) Key Deliverables

Coordinating bookings for SOS+ projects.
Focusing on bringing in new Spot Purchase bookings to meet income generation targets.
Creating calendar invites for staff with full details of bookings.
Recording and maintaining accurate booking information on shared spreadsheets.
Monitoring deliverables for all designated projects and escalating to managers any barriers to targets being met.
Responding to information request emails and phone calls about the service, providing high-quality, tailored responses.
Overseeing the management of service movements, ensuring sessions are booked appropriately for both virtual (e.g. Teams/Zoom) and face-to-face delivery, including booking travel and accommodation.
Supporting the VEX - SOS+ Education Coordinator in collating delivery data and contributing to performance reports.
Assisting with evaluation and impact measurement, including sending and collecting feedback forms from schools and service users.
Following up on business development leads in support of income generation and project growth.
Attending and engaging positively with all required and mandatory training.
Ensuring that confidentiality and security of information is maintained in accordance with our Confidentiality, Data Protection, IT and Security policies. Promoting sustainable working practices and reducing the environmental impact of St Giles work.

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications
Proven track record of providing efficient, high-quality administrative support to a range of stakeholders.
Experience coordinating bookings, managing calendars, and booking travel and accommodation.
Experience providing high-quality customer service via phone calls, emails, and meetings.
Demonstrable experience of project coordination, ideally including partnership work with schools and external organisations to achieve agreed outcomes.
Experience supporting the evaluation of projects, including monitoring and collating performance feedback form data.
Knowledge of safeguarding procedures relating to work with children and young people.
Understanding of and commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion, and to anti-discriminatory practice.
Skills & Abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce accurate records and professional correspondence.
