As a vital member of our healthcare team, you'll help deliver life-changing interventions and promote healthier lifestyles. From preparing clients for medical reviews to supporting harm reduction initiatives like naloxone provision, your role will be hands-on and impactful. Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:

Support healthcare assessments and clinics
Assist with blood pressure checks, substance screening, and BBV testing
Work alongside professionals and partner agencies
Promote health and wellbeing in our services and community hubs
