What Will You Be Doing?



As the Office Manager, you will provide crucial administrative support to the leadership team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. You will:

Organise and manage calendars and diaries. Coordinate internal meetings and assist with recruitment. Maintain and clear compliant up-to-date SharePoint filing system.

Key Responsibilities



Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organise travel arrangements. Diary Management: Maintain the office diary, ensuring efficient scheduling. Communication: Act as the first point of contact for executive communications, managing correspondence and liaising with stakeholders. Document Management: Prepare, edit, and organise documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies. Event Planning: Organise volunteering meetings, events, workshops, and conferences, ensuring all logistics are handled effectively. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain organisational integrity. Senior Leadership Support: Provide administrative and logistical support to leadership, facilitating cross-departmental coordination.

Essential Criteria



Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative or office management role. Proven experience in calendar and diary management. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of professionalism.

Desirable Criteria



Experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role. Previous experience in a non-profit, social enterprise, or mission-driven organisation. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate needs.

Additional Information



Role Type: Volunteer Location: Fully Remote Commitment: 6+ hours per week. Training & Support: Full induction and ongoing support provided.
