About the Role



We are seeking reliable and experienced Volunteer Project Managers for the WIILMA Team. To project manage WIILMA Newham Heritage Month - 60th Anniversary project. This project aims to celebrate the rich cultural heritage of Green Street in the 90s through community engagement, music workshops, and a final celebratory event. The Volunteer Project Managers will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of the project.

Responsibilities



Maintain project schedules and trackers Coordinate with volunteer teams and WIILMA leads Assist with meetings and internal reporting Support logistics and documentation

Skills and Qualities



Organised and communicative Proficient in or willing to learn tools like Google Drive, Zoom, Trello Proactive and reliable Interest in arts or heritage projects and related experience plus
