Collaborate with marketing, public relations, and creative teams to plan and execute integrated campaigns. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media management and digital marketing to ensure innovative content strategies. Manage online reputation by addressing any public relations issues swiftly and professionally. Coordinate with external agencies or influencers as needed to expand reach and engagement.

Experience

Proven experience in social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics. Strong understanding of public relations principles as they relate to online reputation management. Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to different audiences. Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social is preferred. Previous experience working within a marketing or communications team is advantageous. A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
