Applications are invited for the post of Volunteering Graduate Intern in the Careers Service at Royal Holloway.


A fixed-term Volunteering Graduate Intern position has arisen within the Careers Service at Royal Holloway. The post holder will lead on a number of student engagement events and initiatives, coordinating the Volunteering team's involvement in national events. They will be at the forefront of the team's on-campus presence, coordinating the front desk of the Volunteering Hub and ongoing engagement with student leaders.


The post is available for 6 months full-time and is open to Royal Holloway, University of London graduates who graduated in 2024, or are due to graduate in 2025. The position would commence on 8 September 2025.


The appointee would be working closely with the volunteering staff team as well as student leaders and the other teams within the Careers Service.


The successful candidate will be able to manage Royal Holloway Volunteering's social media presence, coordinate flagship events and initiatives, support the recruitment and training of leaders and maintain links with student clubs and societies. Excellent written English, multitasking and the ability to collaborate with others are also key attributes.
