The Role

We are seeking a strategic, commercially driven, and visionary VP of Marketing to lead our marketing function through the next phase of growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for building and executing integrated, full-funnel marketing strategies that elevate brand presence, fuel pipeline creation, and drive sustainable revenue growth.

This is both a strategic and hands-on role. You'll lead a small, high-performing team and be responsible for evolving our go-to-market approach, with a strong emphasis on Account-Based Marketing (ABM), scalable demand generation, and deep alignment with sales and product. You'll work cross-functionally to optimise the customer journey and bring differentiated, high-impact messaging to our target market.

We're looking for a collaborative, data-driven leader who has proven experience of growth at 5m to 15m ARR and is ready to scale marketing impact at pace --building a modern, high-ROI marketing function with deep accountability to revenue and growth metrics.
