We are seeking a visionary

Vice President of Operations

. This executive will oversee all aspects of

HR, people operations, culture, and organizational development

, ensuring we are maintaining a world-class employee experience.


The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on -- capable of scaling systems, shaping culture, and guiding a global team through rapid expansion with excellence and empathy.

How you'll shape success







1. People Strategy & Leadership




Develop and execute a comprehensive global

people strategy

aligned with business objectives and growth plans.


Lead, coach, and grow a team of ~30 professionals across HR, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and Employee Experience.


Partner with the executive team to design organizational structures and workforce plans that support scalability and global expansion.

2. HR & People Operations




Oversee the full employee lifecycle including talent acquisition, onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding.



Build and optimize global

HR infrastructure

, systems, and processes to support operational excellence.



Drive

data-informed people practices

, including compensation, performance review and management, and workforce analytics.

3. Culture & Employee Engagement




Cultivate a strong, inclusive, and high-performing

global culture

that aligns with the company's mission and values.



Champion initiatives that enhance engagement, belonging, and leadership development across regions.



Ensure consistent and transparent

internal communication

strategies that connect and inspire teams worldwide.

4. Legal Compliance & Risk Management




Ensure adherence to

local labor laws

and employment regulations across all operating regions.



Partner with Legal and Finance to manage compliance, audits, and due diligence.



Anticipate and mitigate people-related risks across global jurisdictions.

5. IPO Preparation & Organizational Readiness




Lead people and culture initiatives critical to

IPO readiness

, including governance, reporting, and executive compensation frameworks.



Strengthen HR systems, processes, and compliance in alignment with public company standards.



Partner with Finance and Legal teams to support due diligence and organizational design for long-term sustainability.

6. Policies, Processes & Communication




Oversee the creation and implementation of

HR policies, frameworks, and employee communications

that ensure clarity, fairness, and consistency.


Develop scalable and transparent performance, rewards, and feedback programs.Lead internal change management initiatives to support growth and transformation.

What makes you the perfect fit





10-15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior global role.


Must speak both English and Russian fluently


Proven success building and scaling people operations in a

fast-growing or pre-IPO

company.



Deep knowledge of

international labor laws

, compliance, and global employment practices.


Track record of leading diverse, multi-regional teams and fostering strong global culture.Expertise in designing and executing people strategies that balance business performance and employee experience.


Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence.
