About the Role




As Vice President of Solutions, you will lead and evolve our Solutions function as a strategic pillar of growth across the customer journey. You'll be responsible for the performance, direction, and development of a team that sits within our Product Activation function, sitting at the heart of our commercial, technical, product and business operations.


You'll be the voice of technical credibility in the field, a partner to product and commercial leadership, and a champion of customer-centric innovation. This is not just a people management role, it's a strategic role amongst the senior management team that demands vision, execution, and influence across the senior management team and wider business.


You'll

be expected to:


Elevate the Solutions function into a centre of excellence for commercial enablement, technical onboarding, and ongoing customer value Drive adoption and commercial performance across new and existing product lines and contribute to how we bring new products to market Drive knowledge leadership efforts, staying ahead of an exciting and rapidly evolving tech landscape and translating that into actionable strategies and direction Innovate with purpose by introducing new product and internal systems solutions, grasping emerging AI technologies, reducing complexity and time to value, and scaling technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities




Functional Leadership


Lead, manage and develop the Solutions team across presales, implementation support, technical enablement and innovation Set and own team OKRs and performance metrics, driving accountability, learning, and excellence Strategic partner to the wider leadership team, exerting influence for solutions and representing the voice of the customer in leadership decision making Foster a proactive team culture driving curiosity and technical-commercial fluency Embed repeatable processes that drive quality, efficiency, consistency, and measurable impact on commercial outcomes Remain hands-on in strategic deals and high-impact solution design, modelling best practices for the team and contributing directly where your expertise adds value
Strategic Partner to Product & GTM


Partner closely with Product, Engineering and commercial leaders to influence roadmap prioritisation based on field insights, emerging needs, solution complexity Serve as a senior strategic advisor across product/solution fit, go-to-market planning, and customer implementation readiness Champion scalable onboarding and adoption strategies, bringing a solutions lens to how we grow and retain customers
Innovation


Challenge the status quo - demonstrating (e.g. through POC's) new ways to reduce technical implementation friction, accelerate delivery, and create more modular, innovative, customer-friendly solutions Proactively surface areas of platform or process friction and own initiatives that simplify our service model without compromising impact Stay ahead of and champion market and technology trends amongst the leadership team and business, particularly in martech, analytics, AI, and customer engagement. Position the Solutions function and Infinity as thought leaders in call intelligence, speech analytics, and AI-powered performance optimisation internally and externally.

About You




You are obsessed about technical solutions and like to operate at the forefront of emerging technologies. A true leader and people trust you, follow you, and grow under your guidance. Deep commercial understanding - you can balance customer value creation with operational scale and speed. An expert technical foundation - comfortable navigating API architecture, data integrations, and modern SaaS environments. Your approach, experience, and manner enables you to influence other leaders and situations to your advantage. A sharp strategic thinker - able to identify long-term risks and opportunities and turn insight into action. You're relentlessly focused on impact - and know how to unlock it through teams, technology, and customer partnerships.
Required Experience


8+ years in technical consulting, presales, or solutions roles within high-growth SaaS businesses. 4+ years of experience in leading and scaling Solutions or Sales Engineering teams. Proven track record in leading high-performing Solutions or Presales teams within a SaaS, martech, or analytics-driven business. Deep experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap decisions and go-to-market readiness. Demonstrated success in simplifying complex solution offerings and driving scalable adoption. Strong expertise in AI, speech analytics, and/or marketing technology is highly desirable.
