Job Description



We're looking for a data-driven marketing leader to drive growth across the UKIA region. As VP of Performance Marketing, you'll lead high-impact team focused on accelerating market share, revenue, and customer lifetime value through innovative demand generation strategies.




You'll bring deep expertise in SaaS--both B2B and consumer--and know how to turn insights into action. From building world-class marketing capabilities to driving ROI through cutting-edge tools and tactics, you'll be at the forefront of our growth engine.




This is one of the most exciting and prestigious marketing roles in the UK. As the leader of Sage's home market, you'll be at the forefront of our growth--driving performance in our largest and most heavily invested region. While the role has an international remit across Africa, the Middle East, and APAC. You'll operate at the heart of the UKIA Leadership Team, shaping strategy, influencing senior stakeholders, and leading from the UK with unmatched visibility and impact.


Key Responsibilities

- Leading demand generation across UKIA with measurable impact on growth, CLV, and ROI


- Building and developing top-tier marketing talent and capabilities


- Driving fact-based strategy and execution across all channels


- Partnering with Sales to align marketing efforts with commercial goals


- Championing the voice of the customer across the business




What you bring:


- Proven leadership in performance marketing, ideally in SaaS B2B and consumer/e-commerce environments.


- Experience across SMB and mid-market, with a deep understanding of direct and partner-led sales dynamics.


- Strong data orientation, commercial mindset, and ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organisation.


- Gravitas, credibility, and comfort operating at the highest levels of leadership.


- Experience scaling marketing teams and programs in fast-paced environments
