Duties



Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with company goals Identify new market opportunities and cultivate relationships with prospective clients and partners Lead negotiations to secure new contracts and expand existing accounts Oversee sales pipelines using CRM software such as Salesforce to track progress and forecast revenue Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that support business growth Manage cross-functional projects to ensure timely delivery of client solutions Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning Provide leadership and mentorship to the business development team, fostering a high-performance culture

Skills



Extensive experience with Salesforce and other CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines Strong background in business development, sales, and strategic planning Excellent negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals effectively Proven project management capabilities, including coordinating multiple initiatives simultaneously Deep understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) strategies and tools Effective marketing knowledge to support brand positioning and lead generation efforts Exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of inspiring teams and engaging stakeholders at all levels

Pay: 70,035.46-111,413.10 per year
