27,955 moving

Key Responsibilities
:
This busy role will be
telephone based
, taking inbound and making outbound calls throughout the day in relation to a portfolio of customer accounts you are responsible for
You will demonstrate the ability to
understand a customers' financial situation
understand the complexity of finance agreements

and
make sound decisions
to ensure a good customer outcome
Be a
great communicator
with our customers, explaining things such as
payment plans that you have calculated
with them
