As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's ordering system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all dishes are prepared according to recipe specifications. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and communication.

Requirements

Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of hospitality principles. Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere. Experience in upselling menu items is a plus, contributing to overall sales growth. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well in a team environment are essential. Kitchen experience or culinary training is beneficial but not mandatory.
