Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused

Part-Time Waitress

to join our team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat customers in a polite and welcoming manner Present menus and take food and drink orders accurately Serve meals and beverages efficiently and professionally Handle customer inquiries and complaints with a positive attitude Clear and clean tables promptly Ensure the dining area remains clean, tidy, and presentable at all times Process payments and issue receipts using a POS system Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred (training can be provided) Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, team player, and punctual Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends Age 16+ (depending on local regulations)
